My Headset Won’t Power Up
  • Check battery charge.
  • We recommend 100% battery charge for an optimized experience
Controllers Won’t Power Up
  • Press home button after headset is powered on
  • Check condition of AA batteries in controller
Headset Image Is Blurry
  • Tighten or loosen the headset strap until visual clarity is achieved. The headset can be used with glasses if you prefer.
The Headset Lenses Are Dirty
  • User a microfiber cloth to gently clean the lenses
I’m Positioned In The Wrong Flight Deck Location
  • Use Seat Adjustment in the application to choose the desired seat position. Once there, look to the opposite side and select the seat
I Need To Exit The Application Briefly
  • Press the home button on the controller. This will take you out of the application, but will not terminate it unless you select Return to Home
  • Select Resume to return to the application
I Don’t See The Application Listed In The Main Menu
  • Connect to Wi-Fi to ensure updates are uploaded and complete
Eye Tracking Isn’t Working
  • Run the Tobii eye calibration tool from the main menu
The Application Doesn’t Seem To Be Working Properly
  • Long periods of inactivity followed by a return to the application may cause occasional instability. A power down of the headset fixes virtually all the issues associated with long or multiple periods of inactivity.
