Ms. Cormican is a Boeing 767 Captain with a major US airline with over 14,000 hours. She has over two decades of experience in pilot training as the Chief Instructor of a large Part 61 flight school, a B757/767 instructor, and as the Vice Chairman of the pilot union training committee. Evey holds an MBA from Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Science from the University of North Dakota. Besides her duties as CEO of Visionary Training Resources, Captain Cormican is also co-chair of the VRARA aerospace committee, a member of Women in Aviation International, ISA+21, and serves on the Board of Directors of the nonprofit Breast Cancer Hub. Evey lives near Tampa FL with her husband and their three children.

Ben has a unique background with experience across finance, corporate development, investor relations, sales, strategy and analytics. As an MBA graduate of Northwestern Kellogg School of Management, Mr. Guerrero is presently serving as CFO of Visionary Training Resources, as well as Head of Global Finance Strategy and Execution at Caterpillar, Inc.

Jeff Pierce is a 777 Captain, Evaluator, Line Check Airman, and FAA designee for a major airline. He has spent the majority of his career training pilots as well as designing curriculum and training materials.

With a communication and organizational background, Jeff brings a unique vision to aviation training. He holds a BS in Applied Science and Technology.

Jeff Pierce joined VTR in October 2021 as a general consultant and quickly immersed himself into all aspects of VTR’s operations.

James is a Director with Venari Partners, a specialist executive search firm. He is well known across the aviation sector for his ability to help advise airlines and businesses in the wider aviation ecosystem on a variety of human capital challenges. He and his team are responsible for many prominent aviation hires. James boasts an extensive network of airline executives and has gained industry recognition and awards for his achievements in executive search. He is a graduate of Coventry University holding a BSc (Hons) in Sports Science and Anatomy.

Jan is an aviation executive with over 25 years international experience. Currently, Jan holds an executive position with Swissport. Prior to this he led the CAE training network in EMEA & India, where he was the accountable manager for the world’s largest EASA Approved Training Organization.

Jan comes with an extensive commercial background, having also held the position of Vice President global sales, business development and marketing and has a track record of forging sustainable strategic partnerships and alliances.

Jan holds degrees in Aeronautical Engineering from the Technical University of Delft and Business Administration from the Chamber of Commerce in Amsterdam. Furthermore, he is an INSEAD Global Executive Program alumni, where he specialized in Corporate Strategy, and Partnerships and Strategic Alliances and Acquisitions.

Lisa is a Business Development Professional who has consulted professionally in dozens of developing businesses, while also working in Account Management for Commercial Technology Sales. Lisa has experience as a Director of Sales, Corporate Account Manager, VP of Marketing, and Director of Business Development and Marketing. As the daughter of an A&P, IA and a former United Airlines Pilot, Lisa’s aviation exposure and passion span her lifetime. Presently, Lisa is married to a commercial airline pilot Line Check Airman who shares her passion for continuous improvement in airline training procedures.

Ben Boness joins Visionary Training Resources as a pilot for a UK based international airline on the 787. An aviation professional with over 15 years professional experience in the industry, Ben expands his passion for airline training and development as Executive Director at VA Training in Cambridge, UK. Ben's passion for aviation safety has been dynamically displayed in his experience as simulator instructor at VA Training, as well as professional endorsements in areas such as Human Factors and Flight Safety. Ben presently manages Visionary Training Resources' sales efforts in the UK, and provides integral knowledge regarding the exceptional potential of Visionary Training Resources' products.

With 15 years in the aviation OEM industry, Stephen brings experience in system integration, business requirement management, and product management leadership to VTR. Enamored with aviation from a very young age, he headed straight to the skies after graduation and at 19 years old he obtained his Private Pilots License from the University of North Dakota.

His focus is to strengthen the collaboration between all stakeholders, marry his experience in product management and love of virtual flight decks, and deliver a quality product with integrity.

Stephen joined VTR in August 2021 and quickly became engaged in the technical side of VTR with speed and passion.

He lives outside of Dallas, TX with his wife, 3 kids, and 3 dogs.

Pete joined VTR in 2021. Gaining a Bachelors Degree in Metallurgy, he commenced a 17 year Royal Air Force career as Tornado pilot, instructor and supervisor on various RAF types.

On leaving the military, Pete commenced his career in civil aviation, joining a UK scheduled airline. He has completed over 23 years long haul flying, most recently as a B787 Training Captain and Examiner, but previously flew both the B747 Classic and B744.

With both Flight Safety and Flight Data Monitoring mandates, he was a designated crew liaison officer, investigating operational incidents and excursions identified by FDM .
Along with over 40 years of professional aviation experience, Pete brings Human Factors, Flight Safety and extensive flying and synthetic training experience to this exciting and rapidly evolving field.

Chris joined VTR with over 22 years of Aviation experience. He was a Licensed Aircraft Engineer, working on most large aircraft types for a major UK airline.

From A319/20/21 to B737/747/757/767/777, he worked in various departments, both in the hangars and on the Line at London Heathrow.

After 10 years in Engineering, he flew the B737-NG around Europe for 5 years. Subsequently re-joining his original company, he grasped the opportunity to fly the B747-400 for 7 years, before moving to newer technology on the A350 fleet.

Chris has a passion for problem-solving, improving processes and systems, and thinking outside of the box. He enjoys learning new things and getting involved with projects where his skillset can make a difference.

With a broad range of experience across the technical side of Aviation, Chris is excited to work with VTR in bringing this new platform of learning capabilities to the industry.

Jessiy started flying at 18 years old out of a small airfield outside of Denver. She joined a regional carrier flying Beech 1900's and ERJ's. She then went on to fly the 737, 756, 777, and A320 for a major airline. In addition to flying, Jessiy has taught material to include flight operations manual, human factors, 777 flight instruction, accident investigation with the ASAP program, and currently gives evaluations and type ratings on the Airbus 319/320.

Jessiy lives in the mountains of Colorado with her husband and her dog and enjoys the outdoors either on the ski hills or sailing on the lake.

Jonathan brings over 12 years experience in various project management roles to VTR. He is in charge of carrying out strategies that bring efficiency and visibility to the operation through analysis of internal processes and improvement implementation.

With over 20 years in the aviation industry, Kristy has worked in multiple departments, starting on the frontline as a Customer Service Agent. Her strength lies in documentation, where she has written training manuals, operations manuals, and maintenance task cards. While learning flight operations on the job, she also earned her private pilot license. In addition to her role at VTR, Kristy is a Sr Procedures Coordinator for the B787 at Boeing and serves on the advisory board for the International Women Air & Space Museum.

Daniel LeBlanc joins VTR as a project, procurement, contracts negotiation, and supply chain leader with over 26 years of international experience in the aviation industry. On top of being a co-founder of the Emirates Flight Training Academy, as well as supporting the start-up of flydubai and Emirates Executive, he spent 19 years at Emirates leading the procurement of flight operations, cabin crew and engineering maintenance training solutions for Airbus, Boeing, Embraer, and Cirrus aircraft. Daniel is presently serving as Vice-President Procurement for a Norwegian and UK based B787 operator.

Morgan joins VTR as an experienced B737 Theory, Simulator, Line Training Captain, and CRM trainer. Flying since 1996, Morgan has amassed experience across several continents and airlines, and brings to VTR a passion for creating modern training materials that help to reflect the challenges of the 21^st Century.
