We Make History: First VTR Headsets Delivered to JetBlue

The first class of pilots at JetBlue Airlines began to use our virtual reality headsets in their training. This is a tremendous achievement for the VTR, JetBlue and the JetBlue Technology Ventures teams, disrupting over 80 years of airline pilot training practices.

It is also the first of multiple proofs of concept to collect data and information from a commercial airline. The data we collect is specifically designed to show the advantages of using VTR in pilot training but not necessarily every product utilizing VR technologies.

As a result of our deep airline roots and decades of aviation knowledge, our premier program FlightDeckToGo™ highlights the differences of having a training system that is built by pilots, for pilots.
