VA Airline Training and VTR Bringing Virtual Reality to Pilots in Training

During the 2021 European Airline Training Symposium (EATS) conference in Berlin, VA Airline Training (VA) signed an agreement to utilize the VTR FlightDeckToGo™ pilot training platform by Visionary Training Resources (VTR) to develop “simulator ready” pilots for their APS MCC course.

This new virtual reality (VR) pilot training platform improves the efficiency of training and allows students to perfect operational flows and procedures prior to entering the flight simulator. VA Airline Training and VTR have been collaborating for several months on this project. Both companies are looking forward to continuing the customization of VTR’s FlightDeckToGo™ to meet the growing need for high quality, standardized, and technically relevant training.
